Merilyn graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Pre-Veterinary Science and a minor in International Business Marketing & Management. Soon after, Merilyn found her calling in real estate when she began assisting top producing teams in South Bay in 2016. By 2019, she oversaw the portfolio of a top-tier team in El Segundo and assisted with 100+ closings a year, all while connecting with her community by starting a support group in the South Bay for the Scleroderma Foundation. Merilyn brings her strengths of organization and efficiency, along with the highest level of service and unwavering excellence, to every client experience.
A native of Central Los Angeles and raised in South Bay, she has an intimate knowledge of the local urban and beach neighborhoods, and not to mention a fantastic list of recommended must-see places! When she’s not on her laptop, her hobbies include visiting national parks, staying in touch with her family in Peru, and cooking healthy meals for her one-eyed chihuahua.
